Modern accommodation with magnificent setting not far from the railway and del ray chocolate, the central station and the Meir and all shops and amenities.

Affordable hotel in a very quiet area of Antwerp. Neat rooms with a big comfy bed, proper working toilet plus aircon, had a nice stay on vacation. Very good breakfast to star a day with perfect coffee. Good and perfect location - really close to a railway station. Plus, really close to De Keyserlei Thoroughfare.

I would say its reasonable base for staying and exploring Antwerp. The employees are very, very nice and welcoming. Eggs, bangers and bacon for breakfast are a plus.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Antwerp and had a pleasant experience at Trip Inn Eden. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a cozy bathroom. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to both the train station and the city center. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the basic but functional room equipment. it was a satisfactory stay for us.

Parking a car cost money

The mattress. It was of what seems like a Scandinavian design, quite comfortable.

I arrived at the Antwerp central train station and I called the hotel from there asking if I could really reach it on foot as advertised. A lady said yes and gave me directions. They seemed clear but for the next 50 minutes I was walking here and there toting my suitcase trying to find this hotel. I telephoned the lady two more times during my frustrated criss-crossing the streets but her directions were turning more vague with every call. Eventually I walked all the way back to the train station and got a taxi to this hotel. Only to discover on arrival that its sign does NOT say “Mondo Eden' Hotel (which is what I booked) but “Sandtone” Hotel (in fact, I had walked past this hotel two times in the course of my searching for it). The lady who was giving me “directions” over the phone never deemed it necessary to inform me that her hotel’s name had been changed. Nor, apparently, does this hotel’s management see it necessary to update the hotel’s info on the web. This attitude of neglect pretty well summarizes this hotel’s mentality of service. Unless you’re desperate, stay away from this “hotel”. It’s no more than a comfortable mattress to sleep on.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Train Station and also close to the Meir, the Old Town, and lots of restaurants and cafes in the city. One reviewer mentioned that the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great. Another reviewer appreciated the nice breakfast and friendly staff.

There was mention of the shower being moldy and dirty, which could have been improved.

Very good location 5 min walk from Central station, close to everything Clean, good size bath room, comfortable bed, 24/7 coffe and tea are available at breakfast area. Breakfast is best in Europe (selection and quality). Only one drawback is size of the room. It is tiny small.

We have to thank great staff for a decent stay. The units are compact, tidy with proper working toilet.

So glad we choose it, it's comfortable place for staying in Antwerp. The location is very central.
